Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Requesting and collection of property service charges and ground rents
  • Recovering any debts owed to ensure funds are available to cover costs of services
  • Obtaining quotes should any work be required on properties interior or exterior, under general maintenance or as stated in leases
  • Ensure that any work or maintenance undertaken is completed to a high standard and all invoices are paid when due
  • Liaising with solicitors enquiries on purchases, remortgages and selling of the property
  • Obtaining, maintaining and renewing the most suitable block insurance quotes and policies
  • Organising and maintaining energy required by the property
  • Issuing shares and membership certificates where applicable
  • Preparing and file annual company returns, as well as maintaining statutory books
  • Providing full digital records of payments and income, as well as balance sheets and P&Ls for the end of each financial year
  • Arranging and attending Annual General Meetings, whilst noting and distributing minutes to all parties
  • Dealing with applications for consent to grant shorthold tenancy agreements and grant consent where appropriate.

Should any problems or concerns arise from either party, we are on hand to deal with them quickly with the most appropriate form of action.

Because all properties are different, our prices for these services can vary depending on the size and nature of your property. All properties must be reviewed before we can provide any fees or service charges.
